Construline Construção e Eletricidade Lda keeps its Customers' data to inform them whenever the domain and hosting expires, to provide technical support, to inform the Customer of the existence of promotions, or marketing campaigns, or to comply with legal obligations.
 
Customer data is obtained on the basis of information received directly or indirectly from Customers and from the documentation that Customers provide. This information is collected by the Agency. The saved data of each Client Construline Construção e Eletricidade Lda is responsible for this data which may be consulted, exported, changed or deleted by the Client by emailing geral@construline.pt .
 
Customer data is stored for a period of 2 years from the last contact made with the Customer, except in cases where there are specific legal obligations which impose a longer period.

Any other questions regarding data treatment should be asked by email to geral@construline.pt.com or by registered letter to our address - R. do Matadouro Regional L22, 2005-002, Santarém.

Each client has the right to be informed of the occurrence of any violation of their personal data and to submit a complaint about the processing of their data to the control authority (CNPD).

Construline Construção e Eletricidade Lda stores candidate data from recruitment processes in order to inform them whenever a career opportunity arises at Construline Construção e Eletricidade Lda. For the purposes of privacy policy and treatment of private data these candidates are equivalent to customers.
